What is Smile Design?

While we now call the area formed by the teeth in the mouth “White aesthetics”, we call the area formed by the gums “Pink aesthetics”. Thus, white aesthetics and pink aesthetics are analyzed as a whole. It is the design of factors such as the level of the lips, the size of the teeth, the height of the gums, tooth color, tooth alignment, when we smile, the visibility of the lips and teeth and the laugh line individually and in harmony with each other.

How is Smile Design Done?

Before starting smile aesthetics, it is important that the teeth and gums are compatible. During the smile, the area with gums and teeth should be seen in proportion. Generally, the front teeth are a little longer in women than in men.
